Australian Academy of Music ships to addresses across Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays, and during busy periods processing may take a little longer — we'll reach out if there's going to be a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You'll see all available options before confirming your purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to lodge a claim and keep all original packaging. If you need a hand, get in touch with our team and we'll do our best to help.

Click & Collect

You're welcome to collect your order from our Brendale showroom. Select Click & Collect at checkout and we'll notify you when it's ready.
