Returns & Refund Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary.

If your product is damaged or significantly differs from what was presented to or described to you either on our website or via communications with us, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to request a refund. We will review your request and work with you to resolve any issues.

Please note that some products may be exempt from our refund policy, such as digital downloads or customised products. In the case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement or repair.

Returns can be either shipped back to the Academy or returned in-store. 

The customer is responsible for paying for any return shipping costs. If the product is proven to be defective the shipping costs may also be refunded.

A re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may also be applied.

We value our customers and their satisfaction, and will do our best to resolve any issues and provide a fair and reasonable refund policy.
