Turnaround Times
Most minor repairs are completed within 3–5 business days. More complex work such as full overhauls or extensive dent removal may take longer — we'll always give you an honest estimate upfront before any work begins. For urgent repairs (e.g. before a performance or exam), speak to our team and we'll do our best to prioritise your job.

School Instrument Repairs
We work with schools and school band programs across Brisbane to keep student instruments in playing condition. If your school has a fleet of instruments that need servicing, contact us to discuss a bulk servicing arrangement.
