How do I enrol in music lessons?: Fill out our Lesson Enquiry form or contact our Brendale team directly. We will match you with a suitable teacher and find a lesson time that works for you.
What age can children start lessons?: We offer lessons for children from around age 5 upward, depending on the instrument. Some instruments such as piano and ukulele are well suited to younger beginners. Contact us and we will advise on the best starting age for your child's chosen instrument.
How long are lessons?: Lessons are available in 30 minute and 60 minute durations. Most students start with 30 minute lessons and move to 60 minutes as they progress.
Do I need an instrument before starting lessons?: It helps to have an instrument to practise on at home, but you do not need one before your first lesson. Our team can help you choose and purchase or rent a suitable instrument at the same time as enrolling.
Do you offer AMEB exam preparation?: Yes. Our teachers offer structured AMEB exam preparation for a wide range of instruments and grades. Ask about exam preparation when enquiring about lessons.

How do I get an instrument repaired?: Bring your instrument into our Brendale showroom or contact us with details of the issue. We will assess the instrument and provide a quote before proceeding with any repair work.
How long do repairs take?: Repair times vary depending on the type and complexity of the repair. We will give you an estimated timeframe when we assess the instrument.
Do you repair all instrument types?: We handle repairs for guitars, string instruments, brass and woodwind instruments and drums. Contact us if you are unsure whether we can help with your specific instrument.

Do you offer instrument rentals?: We offer rental options for selected beginner and school band instruments. Contact our team to find out about current availability and pricing.
How does the rental process work?: Contact our Brendale team to discuss your needs. We will let you know what is available, the rental terms and how to get started.

Do you ship online orders?: Yes. We ship to addresses across Australia. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order in store?: Yes. Local pickup is available from our Brendale showroom. Select the pickup option at checkout.
