Kelli
Kelli is a highly qualified music educator with over 20 years of professional experience. She holds a Bachelor of Music Studies (Piano Major) from the Queensland Conservatorium, an Associate Diploma of Music (AMusA), and her highest degree being a Master of Education (Arts Education). Kelli’s personal musical passion lies in jazz and contemporary music, genres she loves to play and explore in her own time.
Kelli views music education as a vocation and strives to make every lesson a milestone. She finds the most rewarding moments are the "big wins", when a student finally conquers a complex rhythm they’ve been practicing or feels the immense pride of performing their first song. Her teaching style is patient and informed by a 2025 Graduate Certificate in Counselling, allowing her to connect effectively with students of all ages, from young beginners to adult learners.
A versatile multi-instrumentalist, Kelli also offers vocal coaching. Whether aiming for exams or playing for pleasure, Kelli provides a supportive, goal-oriented environment for every musician.
Best for: Students building strong foundations in piano or vocals. Jazz and contemporary music piano enthusiasts. Developing pianists seeking a patient mentor to foster an appreciation of music or guide them through their first AMEB milestones.
