Ben

Ben Sheehy is multi-faceted music educator with close to 10 years of experience teaching guitar, voice, bass, keyboard, and songwriting. A graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, his career to date has spanned multiple musical worlds from classical training, to touring the U.S. with the School of Rock, and reaching the semi-finals of Australian Idol in 2023.

Ben’s teaching style is inquiry-based and goal-driven, tailored to support everything from AMEB and RockSchool exams to major performances. He also brings professional experience in composition and songwriting for film, TV, and advertising helping students develop both their skills and instinctive creative voices.
