Before starting his professional career, you would have been able to find Ash tearing up stages in the local hardcore and punk scene, and providing live audio support for acts like Parkway Drive. Since then, Ash has spent nearly 7 years working as a voice actor, composer, and sound designer in the Australian game industry.

With over 15 years of music experience, Ash is immensely passionate about sound production, and when he is not writing music for screen media, he is studying a double degree in sound production and entertainment business at JMC Academy. Not content to just create music, Ash also builds his own instruments and gear, engineering custom electric guitars, effects pedals, and virtual instruments from scratch in his home studio.

Ash offers lessons in drums, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, and ukulele. While his personal style blends the darker tones of trip-hop, industrial, and electronic music, Ash is always eager to explore a diverse range of genres with students, from pop and punk, to folk and jazz. Whether you’re interested in sound design or looking to learn an instrument, Ash is dedicated to supporting and encouraging your musical journey.
