Common Repair Types
- Guitar setup and restringing — action adjustments, intonation, restringing and general playability improvements
- String instrument repairs — bow rehairing, bridge adjustments, seam repairs and general servicing for violins, violas and cellos
- Brass and woodwind servicing — pad replacements, key adjustments, cleaning and general maintenance for flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets and trombones
- Drum repairs — head replacements, hardware repairs and general kit maintenance
- Setup and maintenance — general playability checks and preventative maintenance for all instrument types
School Band Instrument Support
We regularly service instruments for school band students and can help with common issues that arise during the school year. If your child’s instrument is not playing well, bring it in and we will take a look.
What to Bring In
When bringing an instrument in for repair, it helps to describe the issue as clearly as possible — for example, a buzzing sound, a stuck key, a broken string or difficulty tuning. The more detail you can provide, the faster we can assess and quote the repair.
